Our law firm is Multidisciplinary Corporate and Commercial Practice Chambers consisting of highly skilled Legal Practioners with vast experience in Corporate and Commercial practice.

The Law Firm was established on the 24th April, 1994, by the Principal Solicitors AbdulRasaq AbdulRahman Esq with its office (at inception) situate at No 28, Eyo Street, off Shipeolu Street, Palmgroove, Lagos State, Nigeria.

However, as the chambers start to achieve growth and expansion, its office was moved to one of the commercial centres of Lagos State, Nigeria, at Phoenix Bulding (1st Floor on top of Wema Bank Plc), No. 52/54, Muritala Muhammed Way, Oyingbo, Ebutte-Metta, Lagos State, Nigeria.

With 10 Lawyers working from offices in Lagos and Abuja, we are readily accessible to most corporate institutions, clients, government regulatory bodies and court rooms generally.
Over the years, we have developed extensive competence and vast capacity in Energy, Oil and Gas, Corporate Restructuring, Venture Capital and Project Finance, Banking and Securities, Company Secretarial Services, Corporate Governance, Joint Ventures and Foreign Investments, as well as Litigation/Dispute Resolution. We have also been involved in Intellectual Property Protection, on behalf of clients.

We have been involved most major commercial litigations as well as arbitrations in Nigeria and have consistently delivered qualitative services alongside our international partner-firm.
